Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Calling ahead at (972) 433-7557 lets us have your paperwork ready and minimizes your wait, but you are welcome to simply come in.
Are you open over lunch?
No. We close from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and Tuesdays we open at 12:30 PM. The hours listed on this page show both the morning and afternoon blocks, and the indicator next to them tells you whether we are open right now.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor in Texas?
No. Chiropractors are portal-of-entry providers in Texas, so you can book directly with us. If your specific insurance plan requires a referral, we will tell you during your benefits check before your first visit.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna, plus Medicare and VA Community Care through TriWest. We verify your benefits and give you your expected out-of-pocket cost in writing before treatment begins.
How soon can I be seen after a car accident?
We hold same-week availability for auto accident patients. Try to be evaluated within 72 hours even if you feel fine, whiplash symptoms often do not peak until two or three days later, and prompt documented care protects both your recovery and your insurance claim.

A conversation about what is going on, then a full exam, orthopedic, neurological, and postural, plus digital X-rays on site if your findings call for them. We then walk you through what we found and lay out a plan with a clear length and cost. Nobody gets adjusted before they get examined.
