Little Elm is a straight run south on FM 423 to Legacy Drive, 15 to 20 minutes for most of the city, and closer for anyone in Frisco Hills or the southern edge of Union Park.
The community has grown enormously and skews heavily toward young families, which shapes what we see: pediatric care, prenatal and postpartum care, and a lot of parents dealing with the back and neck problems that come from carrying kids all day.
Parent injuries are real injuries
The most under-treated population we see is parents of young children. Carrying a toddler on one hip for years produces a genuinely asymmetric loading pattern. Lifting a car seat with an extended arm and rotated trunk is a mechanically terrible movement performed dozens of times a week. Nursing and bottle feeding hold the neck flexed for hours a day.
These are not trivial complaints and they respond very well to treatment. We address the joint restrictions, the soft tissue, and, critically, teach you how to modify the mechanics you cannot avoid, because you are not going to stop picking up your kid.
Pediatric and prenatal care
With Little Elm's demographics we see a lot of infants and expecting mothers. Infant care uses roughly two ounces of sustained fingertip pressure, no twisting, no thrust, no sound, for issues like colic, torticollis, latching difficulty, and sleep.
For prenatal patients we use tables with adjustable sections that allow comfortable face-down positioning well into the third trimester, and we focus on pelvic balance and the low back and sciatic pain that come with a shifting center of gravity.
Lake and outdoor injuries
Little Elm's stretch of Lewisville Lake means water sports injuries, and the trail and park system means running and cycling injuries. Both categories tend to come in as overuse rather than trauma, an Achilles or plantar fascia that flared after a training increase, a shoulder that got angry after a long day on the water.
MLS cold laser and StemWave are particularly well suited to that kind of tendon and fascia problem, and we can usually keep you active while treating it rather than shutting you down entirely.

Little Elm patient questions
How long is the drive from Little Elm?
Fifteen to twenty minutes for most of Little Elm, FM 423 south to Legacy Drive, then east. Frisco Hills and southern Union Park are closer.
Do you treat infants and pregnant patients?
Yes, both are a significant part of our practice. Infant technique uses about two ounces of fingertip pressure with no twisting or popping, and we have pregnancy-adapted tables for comfortable prenatal care through the third trimester.
Can chiropractic help the back pain I get from carrying my kids?
Very much so, and it is one of the most common complaints we treat. We address the joint restrictions and soft tissue, then work on the asymmetric loading patterns and lifting mechanics that are driving it, because avoiding the activity is not an option for parents.
